There are some good spaces for community gatherings, like large scattered groups, total maybe a cg of 20ppl.

Surrounded by hdbs about 5 floors higher, quite near though so there are some light pollution. view is okay from one side but not really good. Overall not bad though.

Rating: 6.5/10. It’s okay i guess? not that bad tho
