vibes: it’s actually not bad! quite windy, lightings okay, but the design is repetitive and boring

amenities: a few seats (which are too dirty imo for you to seat on), no dining tables, no clean benches, quite a lot of grass space (for picnics)

nearby: ~5 mins walk from hougang capeview, a small cluster of shops

rating: 5.5/10 i mean you could hold a picnic here. but other than that it’s nothing much
