located next to the blk 785 sky garden, this one has lighting! and a bit more amenities

view: similar to blk 785, its very good also, but its also not borderless aka blocked by shrubbery, so you can't rlly see the view

vibes: it has lighting! makes the vibes better, feels q open and airy, but its not windy (like at all)

amenities: no supper tables unfortunately, but it has several stone benches (and a few under wooden roofs), plus a few small gathering areas

nearby: a number of shops incl a coffee shop, dominos, a supermarket etc. ~15 min walk to admiralty mrt

rating: 6.5/10 very nice view (but blocked by shrubbery also). but nothing special, despite its nice view

p.s this place is adjacent to a sky garden at blk 782. but that one looks quite bare so i'll not be reviewing it (for now)
