view: quite nice, the view from 12 floors allows a quite unblocked view of toa payoh!

vibes: not bad, esp for dining. there’s a bit of variety in the plants and walkways, but it’s quite small. the vibes are not bad tho

amenities: there aren’t any benches, there’re large gathering areas (but the flooring isn’t sth you’d sit on). but there’s many dining tables, with good vibes for eating! it’s sheltered too, which is a bonus. just note that it may be a bit crowded sometimes

nearby: ~5 mins walk from toa payoh mrt, hdb hub

rating: 7/10 great for dining, decent for other chilling uses
