was about to give a 6.5. until i saw the 24 floors sky terrace

(first 6 pics for 9th floor, last 4 pics for 24th floor sky terrace)

view: 24 floors up, u can see soooo far, even until sports hub! although even at 9 floors up, you’d be able to see quite far into the distance, into jalan besar, serangoon etc.

9 floors: quite okay? it’s too bright for my liking. but it’s p spacious, quite open, somewhat windy.

24 floors: sky terrace is pretty small, not much space, a little too bright, but if you’re around here and want nice views and chill vibes, it’s good enough!

amenities
9 floors: p big gathering areas, lots of benches, no tables though. large grassy places for gatherings, bring a picnic mat.

24 floors: exercise corners, a couple of benches, quite small maybe 10 ppl total?

nearby: 7 min walk to boon keng mrt, ~10 min bus ride to toa payoh mrt

rating: 7.5/10 above average sky garden on the 9th, but a small little sky terrace with stunning views on the 24th. does not bear dawson-but hey it’s good!
